Headliner Jackie Gold
She’s no stranger to saying the most inappropriate things. As a stand-up comedian, she’s been making people laugh for over ten years. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, her passion for comedy stems from her East Coast Jewish roots, where she says her Dad always told her the same six jokes.
She currently lives in Los Angeles, where she co-produces and co-hosts the “Whiskey and Donuts” Comedy Show. She has performed at the Pasadena IceHouse and the Hollywood IMPROV.When asked about her comedy, she says, “People are sad and things are tense. I want to be the one to break it up with a little humor.”
Feature-Ron Babcock has been on TV. Not enough to be super famous, but enough to make kids from his high school impressed. He’s appeared on Adam DeVine’s House Party on Comedy Central and Last Comic Standing. He was a "New Face" at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival and has also performed at Edinburgh Fringe, Big Sky Comedy, SF Sketchfest, Bridgetown, RIOTLA and the Las Vegas Comedy Festival which he won. He lives in Ventura but is originally from Scranton, PA. Yes that Scranton.
Feature- Suwon Weaver's comedy stories reflect how she grew up in Los Angeles with a Korean mother and light skinned but Black father, who was a proud veteran of WWII.
An original founder and producer of The Hot Medusa Comedy Show, a monthly show with LA’s finest upcoming comedians giving her a place to shine as the host or headliner. Suwon has performed in clubs all over Los Angeles including the Comedy Store, Levity Live and The Ice House, as well as in Texas, Las Vegas, Arizona, Utah and (before Covid) in South Korea for ex-pats. In her spare time, she is a coach specialized in boxing to help those with Parkinson’s Disease FIGHT BACK.
Opener- Jessica Tovar- Santa Maria’s very own comedian, producer, and community activist.
