Join cosmetic acupuncturist and holistic skincare expert Dr. Ellerie as she teaches you to give yourself a qi glow treatment. Class will start with a 15 minute qigong warmup (no experience necessary). As you enjoy a cup of Qi Glow Skin tea, you’ll learn how to to give yourself a self care facial. Gua sha techniques tone, tighten, de-puffy (buh bye eye bags), open sinuses, relaxes muscles, reduces wrinkles, and detoxifies the face. Did I mention you’ll get a qi glow?
