FemmeFire Choreo a 6-week series to learn juicy choreo that will activate the firey divine feminine essence within lead by Shawna Mox.
We are calling in the babes that are yearning to embody more of their firey feminine essence. We will be learning a dance to a new and unreleased track by Shawna Mox that celebrates Shakti movement and the wild woman within. This choreo is FIREY, raw and powerful.
The moves will activate the fierce feminine force that circulates within all of us. This choreo will be beginner to intermediate level and designed to be an empowering challenge for your mind, body and spirit.
Each class we will warm up and dive right into the choreo!
***This is not a heels choreo class, this choreo will be practiced and performed barefoot.
There will be an optional opportunity to be featured in the music video for this track dancing this choreography.
