Join us for this special, interactive workshop where you’ll create your own labor labyrinth and use birth art as a tool for self-exploration and discovery. We will also incorporate breath work, mediation, affirmations and aromatherapy into our labyrinths, so you can integrate these empowering tools into your daily preparations, and utilize these potent techniques for support during labor/birth and in the days beyond.
