Joy will offer nervous system regulation and gentle touch massage with Reiki, while Melinda guides us softly into our internal experience through a supportive and supple, gentle yoga flow.
All are welcome & truly no experience needed. This time spent together is for the advanced and beginner. Let go + Receive as you allow yourself to be open to remembering the subtle inner compass to tap into your own gentle inner healer.
