A healing collaboration of gentle restorative yoga and massge with intention for relaxation and nervous system regulation. No yoga experience needed.

Event Details

Joy & KJ the.rooted.yogi will lead us in a beautiful yoga flow + massagejoy will faciliate gentle healing massage and energy alchemy.

Our time together will be for you to embrace a slice of inner calm. Through gentle yin yoga & signature light touch massage & Reiki we share in a space of collective healing. 

All are welcome & truly no experience needed. This time spent together is for the advanced and beginner. Let go + Receive as you allow yourself to be open to remembering the subtle inner compass to tap into your own gentle inner healer.

Megan our Yoga'ssage ambassodor will greet you to the property as you choose a card from the altar for self reflection.
