"Windwood Ranch is a unique vacation rental, glamping resort, and events venue located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, CA. Right in the heart of one of the hottest wine country regions in California, this hidden gem of a resort was founded in 2017 by husband and wife business partners Jeffrey and Dina Hevert while both were living in West Adams, Los Angeles. Jeffrey was a reality TV producer and Dina is an executive in TV sales. They shared a love of the stunning Central Coast region from its natural beauty to its colorful mix of locals, its trending farm to table restaurants, and award-winning wine scene. There’s still a wild west mentality here, where anything is possible with a dream and a willingness to get dirty. Jeff was producing a TV series on home renovation for HGTV and another on Airstream restoration and told his wife they should give it a try. They bought a gorgeous piece of land in East Paso Robles with incredible views and their first Airstream in 2017. Three home renovations and five vintage trailer restorations later, they’ve built a unique glamping resort with vintage trailers, 20′ tipis, bell tents, and several vacation rental homes all with stylish interior design and luxury amenities."

I started WiiRE SLO because after having invested in real estate since 2006, I discovered that not enough women are educated on how to become investors. With the recent purchase of a multi-unit property in SLO, I found the world of construction and investing to be very male-dominated. I saw an opportunity to open up space for more women to become aware of the many opportunities available to them in real estate.
There’s nothing more powerful than gathering women and I wanted to begin paving the path for them to begin to transform their relationship with their money and their mindset when it comes to the limiting beliefs they may have around investing.
My calling to serve women as both a certified coach and a realtor sparked this vision that we’d all gather in a place with amazing food, ambiance, and company and take this work a little deeper than just investing. It’s our mission to provide a forum for both business and self-development. We welcome you to join us every month to build a life of financial freedom and purpose among a community of brilliant and badass women from the Central California Coast.
