**Age Restrictions and Refund Policy:** We advise against bringing children under the age of 10. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS issued at any time for any reason. Children 12 and under are required to be with an Adult.
**The final tour of the night is at 10:00 pm**
**Photography and Video Recording:** Cameras or video recording devices are strictly prohibited throughout the experience.
**By participating in the Haunted Manor experience, guests consent to be photographed or filmed, allowing us to capture the thrilling moments for future marketing endeavors.
**Guests are kindly reminded not to touch the actors or props during the Haunted Manor experience to ensure a safe and immersive atmosphere for everyone.
**Groups no larger than 4 are recommended as larger groups may take away from the overall experience.
**Who Should Refrain from Participating:** If you believe you might be too frightened to enjoy an intense frightening experience, we recommend against entering The Haunted Manor. By participating in this experience you acknowledge that there will be bright flashing lights, sudden loud sounds, and other effects intended to startle and disorient. Attendance is not advised for children under 10, and we strongly discourage bringing infants or forcing young children who are scared through the attraction. No refunds will be provided, even for those unwilling to enter due to fear.
** Additionally, Do not attend the haunted house experience if you have a heart condition, are or may be pregnant, are at risk of light or sound startle-induced seizure, suffer from claustrophobia, or anyone generally in poor health or feeling unwell.
