All Sales are final. If you can't make it for any reason, you can easily transfer your tickets to a friend.
All orders are non-refundable but can be transferred.
In the unlikely event the event is cancelled, the price of your ticket will be refunded to you.
If you need to transfer tickets to someone, please go into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
