All items are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
We buy supplies and prepare for the workshop based on your purchase. No refunds will be issued; however, if you contact us in advance, we will put together a small kit, less the drink included in the workshop, for you to pick up within one week from the date of the workshop. If we don't have a minimum of five people, the class will be canceled.
If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
