Hello my loves, 

Moon Groove is the combination of BomBooty Dance Activation, Moon Ritual and a Women's Circle hosted by Shawna Mox.

Join us for a sweet and sacred gathering where we will be moving, grooving and releasing all that no longer is serving us.

We will provide tea, a guided movement practice to illuminate our divine feminine essence and sit in circle as we release and call in what's next under September's Harvest Moon.
