General admission ticket for $12.25 gets you entry into the event.

Vendor tickets for $55.00+ allow you to sell your guitar related items.  


General Admission

Admit one General Admission visitor to the Guitar Bazaar event.
Trading: If you have items you wish to trade at the show, bring them with you when you check in. Your General Admission ticket does not permit you to set up selling space anywhere inside or outside the building but you will be allowed to carry your items throughout the show. Each item will be tagged at the door as trading stock.

Thank you for your participation. We look forward to seeing you in SLO at the Guitar Bazaar. General Admission hours are 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Vendor hours are 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket receipt or show us your receipt on your cell phone to gain entry.

Hybrid Guitar World (HGW) reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason and to expel anyone from the show for violation of these terms and conditions without refund. No smoking or alcohol are allowed. Vendors may bring light snacks and water bottles into their booth space, but are responsible for any clean up. No pets will be allowed in the building. Children must be with parents at all times.

No musical-related products or service transactions may be conducted in parking area outside the building or in the patio areas in the back of the SLO Guild Hall during the show or load-in hours. HGW accepts no responsibility for any transactions between vendors and buyers. 

Vendor space maintenance and security is the responsibility of the vendor.  Bring your own 25' extension cords. Absolutely no signage is allowed on walls. HGW is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage, theft, or loss to vendors, vendor helpers, or staff, or vendor property during the Guitar Bazaar event.

Vendor badges must be worn at all times during load-in, the hours of the show, and load-out. Vendor badges are not transferrable. Vendors must adhere to booth noise restrictions based on common courtesy to others, but ultimately will be at the discretion of HGW and staff. Vendors are expected to staff and operate their booth until close of show. Vendor load-out must be completed by 4pm. 

Each vendor selling merchandise must complete a California State Board of Equalization BOE-410-D form showing status as holder of valid seller’s permit or being exempt from holding a seller’s permit (not applicable to returning vendors who have previously provided form and license is current)

Add an extra table to your booth space beyond the tables and chairs already allowed

Join the fun at SLO's monthly marketplace featuring 
everything guitars & gear

Tired of wasting hours dealing with Craigslist, eBay and Reverb and all the fees and hassle? What about the ordeal and the shipping mess that turns your living room into a warehouse!

Well then, come to the monthly Guitar Bazaar in SLO at the Guild Hall. We are creating a new kind of marketplace to sell, buy, and trade new and used guitars, amps, pedals, and other gear. No more schlepping all over the county to find what you want. Drop in on the second Saturday of each month and you just might find that one special treasure you've wanted for so long! Buyers and sellers will enjoy the easy location, the fun and friendly atmosphere, and getting to know our local guitar community.


If you are a vendor, send us your sales list we will post your items for sale here and also on our website: This should make it really easy for buyers to locate the guitar or equipment they are most interested in. There is also a space to list your items when you buy your ticket and check out. Buyers can check the listings often to see what is being added.

Here’s how it works: 

Sellers - buy a vendor space online for $55 + 
Buy your ticket early. Click on the ticket button to register. A small credit card servicing fee will be added to your space reservation. As an added bonus feature, we offer you an option to list the gear you plan to sell at the Bazaar. It will show up on this site and also on our website. If you change your mind or sell an item, just email us and we’ll update the preview list. This way, your potential buyers can pre-shop the list before the event and get there early for the best deals.

Buyers and general visitors - General Admission is $12.25 at the door or buy a General Admission ticket online for $12.25 + applicable credit card processing fees. Show up, look around, find great deals, do visual checks on the merchandise before you buy, test drive your purchase, make friends, hang out, enjoy the event in a fun, relaxed, easy atmosphere.

Event Details
SLO Guild Hall has a garden outside for picnics, relaxing during breaks, and commingling with new guitar friends. Bring your lunch and take a break outside during the show.
