Join us for our last Estate Beef Dinner of 2021! Our featured cut, Rôti de Croupe, comes from the round of a cow. This tender, savory, juicy cut is rich with flavor and will melt in your mouth. Chef Charles has prepared a beautiful five-course dinner, and our very own Ted Plemons has carefully paired each course with a special selection of Cass wines. This is a culinary experience that will become your favorite Cass tradition!


Seating will be outdoors, weather permitting, around a large King table. Please dress to accommodate outdoor dining.
