Redwings Horse Sanctuary Block party: Discover a 33 year tradition of love taking root in the neighborhood.
Come and celebrate our 33rd anniversary with us! Bring the whole family! This is an experience that will last a lifetime. Tours of the property, food, beer and wine will be available. There will also be live music from Unfinished Business, shaved ice from Paradise Shaved Ice, a live auction, photo booth from Shoot 'n Booth, and lots of fun games for the family. Don't delay! This annual event is our key fundraiser and the proceeds and donations support medical care and feed for the horses for the year. Come for the love of the horses and contribute to supporting our mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abused, abandoned and neglected horses.

On-site parking only. Cars parked on Union Road are subject to being towed at the owners's expense.

This Indemnity Agreement is entered into between all attendees of the Redwings Horse Sanctuary Block Party Fundraiser and the Horse Power Sanctuaries, Inc. dba Redwings Horse Sanctuary (“Redwings”), a 501©(3) nonprofit, and the undersigned.
The undersigned agrees as follows:
I acknowledge that I am attending an event held at a ranch, at which alcohol may be served and consumed, and at which there will be animals, including horses; my attendance involves inherent risks of injury and damage to me personally, and I voluntarily assume the risk. Knowing these inherent risks, I nevertheless, in consideration of Redwings’ acceptance of this Agreement, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Redwings, its Board of Directors, officers, staff, and all individual members thereof, and all other persons and organizations in any way connected with Redwings, their representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees from any and all claim or liability for damages, or for any and all injuries that might be sustained by me, including injuries from animals, or from any and all claims of any kind or nature that I might have as a result of, or arising out of, my participation in any activity. Further, I do hereby acknowledge that this release will extend to any accidents, damages, or claims arising out of my participation, caused by my own act or the acts of anyone or any animal within or outside my control. I further agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Redwings, its officers, directors, staff, members and agents of any of them against all claims, demands and causes of action, including court costs, and attorney fees, directly or indirectly arising from any action or other proceeding brought by or prosecuted for my benefit contrary to this release extending to all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown.
